I'm feeling a bit all choked up! - I'm absolutley chuffed with the support and training I got from your two girls! - I've done a few NVQ's and this was the most painless and done with glamour! I would reccomend you guys to any company! - thanks again!

I recently completed my NVQ3 with TC, it was a very good experience. Elaine and Sally provided excellent guidance and were very supportive, looking forward to working with them again.
Kind Regrads

I recently completed my NVQ Level 3 with Top Cat Training( course completed on 14 October).I was informed around two weeks before the course that I was on a course, I was somewhat surprised, as I had not applied for the course, and was in the process of applying externally for another course. So I had to adjust to the idea. I recovered from the initial shock by telling myself I can do anything I put my mind to.
On the first day of the course I was told along with a few other on the course that we also had to complete our LDQ qualification, which meant completing two courses simultaneously, You can do anything I reminded myself. Then to top it all my manager went into hospital for an operation, which left me managing the scheme, and doing the courses.
Although it was tough going and I really though it was a conspiracy to see if I would brake or give up, on reflection I enjoyed the challenge, and rose to the occasion. The help and advise I receive from the course assessors, made this possible, I felt that they were only a phone call away, and they literally are.
Course work was explained clearly and example were given which we could follow. (I am one of those people who learn by having examples Activist) Sally gave us lots of examples, which I could identify with, and apply to my own working situation.
After each training session I would still phone to check that I understood, I never felt that I was a nuisance, I phoned once when she just got off a plane, and all she did was explain the situation, and asked me to call back later.
I found the staff at TCT very polite and friendly, even if you had phoned the wrong person, they would assist or ask the correct person to phone you back. All my call were returned.
I felt I was dealing with real people, who cared and wanted me to succeed and this makes you want to try harder, and of course my 14 grandchildren knew I was doing a course and all were all rooting for me. They would not let me live it down if I did not succeed.
So if there is Anyone out there thinking they would like to do their NVQ or they have to do it like me. Do it with TOP CAT, they will make you work but its well worth the effort, and you get such a sense of achievement, after completing the course, I heard this morning that my certificate was in the post. Its a great achievement for me, and TOP CAT.
Thank You TOP CAT.
